From the start, we have offered our customers the most powerful marketing package available, both regarding printed and Internet advertising.

Newspaper advertising - We always offer our customers a large advertisement on one of the first pages of the Svenska Dagbladet magazine section, together with other attractive homes. An advertisement in Dagens Industri, the largest business newspaper in Scandinavia, reaches 369,000 qualified readers a day. A good complement to these media is an advertisement in HOOM, an exclusive lifestyle magazine. We can offer features like a six-page article, as well as a full page of the gallery or the first spread after the cover.

Internet - Our recently launched website is visited by our loyal target group in both Sweden and abroad. Almost 25% of our visitors go to our website first, which means that they carefully keep track of our site, rather than just relying on Hemnet and other sites for homebuyers. We present our customers' homes with large, beautiful pictures that have special marketing appeal. Naturally, our homes are shown on the Hemnet, Booli and Bovision sites for homebuyers, with direct links to our own website. On our website, we present your home in a 360 degree virtual showing that allows potential buyers to "walk through" your house, deciding what they want to see, and then zoom in and out for the best possible picture.

Customer registry - During the course of many years, we've built up a customer registry that ranges from repeat customers to new potential buyers who've told us what they're looking for. Naturally, we will contact all of these and make sure they know that your home is for sale. This extensive customer registry also makes it possible for us to sell your home discreetly and without advertising, if that's what you'd prefer.
